We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive, and the home was super comfortable with very clear instructions for everything. It had everything we needed and was the perfect setup for traveling with our baby and three small dogs. The location was ideal — a great distance from both the mountain and town. We’d absolutely stay here again.

I very much enjoyed this space. I stayed for just under 3 months and was sad to leave. It's right next to the lake and super walkable to lots of fun bars and restaurants on Tennyson. The view from the living room at sunset was breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable. Sarah was super responsive and accommodating. My only initial hangup was the garage, which was a bit small for my midsized SUV- but I got awfully good at backing in!

We had an incredible stay for our Christmas trip! We travel each year with our crew of 13 to a new state and explore it for a week in lieu of gifts. This year we chose Denver Colorado and Sarah was a TOP NOTCH host full of information and kindness. We have spent the last 12 hours traveling back home and we haven’t stopped talking about our trip and this home yet! Thank you so much for your hospitality, it will be hard to beat this trip next year!

This was such a wonderful house !! We had everything we needed . The Hot tub temp was perfect . Beautiful area of town. Would def stay again . Host very responsive . Would rate higher if we could ! 10/10

everything was excellent, we had a lot of game boards to choose from, we had lots of fun and the house has a lot of space, really comfy beds, and Sarah is really nice and replies instantly to your messages we had a lot of fun for 6 days in her house, pictures don't do justice the house is really nice

We had a great stay at Sarah’s place! The small issues we had she made right! Beds were comfy, place was clean! Hot tub was good and Hot! We were able to park in the garage! Sarah was quick to respond! Check out was easy!

We loved our stay in this home! It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the linens were nice, and the kitchen had all the basics, which made the stay easy—especially with kids. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and it was convenient for getting around the area. After busy days out, it was nice to come back to a calm, comfortable space. Sarah was friendly and easy to communicate with, and check-in was straightforward. Overall, this is a solid option for families or anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Westminster!

Sarah’s place was just as described and clean. It felt cozy and was close to many restaurants and stores. The beds were all extremely comfortable and so were the pillows, we all had a great nights sleep! Definitely recommend this home if you are looking for something in this area or Denver. Sarah and Dillon were very helpful throughout the whole stay and were quick to respond to my questions. Thank you Sarah & Dillon for a great stay!

Slept a LOT of people in comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook for a large group. Very clean home and had everything we hoped for. Quiet and walkable neighborhood.
