We’re so happy to host you and hope you’ll enjoy this space as much as we do. To keep it peaceful, safe, and well cared for, we ask all guests to follow a few important house rules. Booking confirms your agreement to everything listed here: 🔑 Check-In, Check-Out, and Access • Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM. • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for a fee, but must be approved in advance. Unapproved early arrivals or late departures may be charged. • Lost keys, passes, or remote controls will incur a replacement fee of $100–$500, depending on the item. These costs reflect actual replacement fees. 🧼 Cleanliness and Condition • Cleaning is included, but we kindly ask guests to leave the home in generally tidy condition. • Excessive mess, trash, or failure to follow basic checkout instructions may result in additional cleaning fees. • No rearranging furniture or removing decor, bedding, electronics, or supplies from the home. • There are stairs in this home. Please ensure that EVERYONE in your group is physically able to climb stairs before booking your stay. 🧘 Quiet Enjoyment • This is a peaceful, residential neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM and keep noise levels down at all times. • Loud music, shouting, and disruptive behavior are not allowed and may result in removal or fines. • No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly approved. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests. 🚫 Strictly Prohibited – Fees Apply The following will result in a minimum $500 fee, possible removal without refund, and/or further penalties: • Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, or incense) • Bringing pets without written approval (must be specified as a pet guest with a photo) • Hosting events, parties, or extra guests not included in the reservation • Tampering with security cameras, wifi, or smoke detectors (a $1,000 fine applies) • No food or beverages in the bedrooms We hate charging fees, but these rules are in place for safety, cleanliness, and respect for our home and community. 🎥 Security and Monitoring • A video doorbell is installed at the front entry and may record video and audio. It’s there to help us protect guests, the home, and our neighbors. • There are no cameras inside the property, ever. • Hosts reserve the right to enter the home only for emergencies, repairs, or safety concerns, and will provide advance notice whenever possible. 🐾 Pet Policy (Dogs Only) • Pets must be declared and approved prior to arrival. • Limit 2 dogs, under 50 lbs each. • Pet fee is $50 per dog. • Dogs must remain off furniture and bedding. • Dogs may not be left alone for extended periods. • Leashes are required outdoors per community regulations. • Please clean up after your pet. • Pets must be secured or actively supervised during any scheduled service visits to ensure safe access for providers. 📜 Agreements and Policies • Booking this home means you agree to all house rules, Airbnb’s Terms of Service, and all disclaimers mentioned in this listing. • We honor Airbnb’s cancellation and refund policies.
